Demise of the Bear Lady: Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge

Hey Outsiders! This month we are bringing you to the Outer Banks of NC to share the story of Kay Grayson “The Bear Lady”. Kay gained quite the reputation in her small North Carolina community for her controversial lifestyle and bear feeding practices. When she was discovered deceased a flurry of questions surrounded her death. Was she murdered by the enemies she made in life, or attacked by the bears she dedicated her life to?
